Nkui is a traditional dish from west Cameroon, it's Bamileke tribe food. it's sticky sauce extract from the nkui bark. the sticky extraction is seasoned with more than 12 Africans spices such as ngachu'u lepka'ah, zehfe, susieu, lep fruits diepse'eh, lep bark and more
the dish is mostly cooked for mother after birth to help them clean the stomach and get more milk for the baby. it's served with cooked corn flour and fried green vegetables as a meat.
